What You Will Do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on business value, impact, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure correct implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews) as Product Owner.
• Validate delivered features and accept/reject work based on acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics.
• Align product decisions with business objectives, timelines, and customer needs.

What We Expect from You

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in IT.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and Product Owner responsibilities.
• Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing requirements and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Analytical mindset with focus on product value and outcomes.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus.

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure software quality.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Improve test processes and strategies.

What We Expect from You

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for automation.
• Understanding of API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
• Experience with SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Experience with Node.js, Nest.js, and Prisma.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and experience with SASS, Bootstrap, and Handlebars.
• Proficiency in Git.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
